Using web analytics for greater insights into customer interactions
EVENT DETAILS
Date: October 6th, 2011 For more information, Jerome Ong The volume of data generated on the web and through social media is staggering, yet tracking, measuring and analysing web content or the impact of social media campaigns has been a difficult and time intensive process for banks, to say nothing about integrating unstructured qualitative data into a bank’s internal data platform. Despite all efforts, true web and social media analytics tools don’t exist yet, or offer only basic tracking capabilities. The Asian Banker is organising this teleconsultation session to address the challenges of identifying, tracking and integrating unstructured data on the web and social media. Leading industry protagonists will discuss the following key topics:
Two industry experts will be sharing their insights on the the potential value of data from the web and social media. Mr Sean Browning, who is a frequent speaker at web analytics events, has over 13 years experience in the web analytics industry providing sales strategy and implementation training for Webtrends partners. Joining him is Mr Bertrand Tay, digital marketing consultant with click TRUE, who specialises in areas of web analytics, search engine marketing and search engine optimisation. We also have on board a senior banker who will sit on the panel, providing us with an industry practitioner perspective, to address pertinent questions and issues that arise through the course of the teleconsultation. The session will be chaired by Mr Chris Kapfer, associate director and head of research at The Asian Banker.
