The hotel has 306 deluxe rooms, 68 of which are elegantly decorated Executive Suites. All our rooms and suites are furnished with full-length windows, air-conditioning, large working desk with executive chairs, IDD telephone and fax line, spare connection line, Wireless Broadband Internet outlets and power points for your computer, voice mail and message light, alarm clock, remote controlled colour satellite television, in room safe, bathroom with bathtub and shower, bathrobe and slippers, hair-dryer, well stocked mini bar and refrigerator and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, local English newspaper. Wireless Broadband Internet access is available at the lobby area, hotel restaurants, ballrooms, function rooms and Royal Service floors.
Meliã Hanoi Executive Suites are said to be the best ones in Hanoi, being superb of its luxury, warm but spacious, splendid view of historic Sword Restored Lake and the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Being in our Suite which is with a living room, a cozy bedroom, two satellite channel large TVs, one rest room and a spacious bathroom with a vast bath-sink and a cubical standing shower, you are comfortable at your business work and relaxation.
The Royal Service Rooms and Executive Suites are located on the top floors with additional benefits like exclusive check-in and check-out, welcome drink, full buffet breakfast with show kitchen, afternoon tea and evening snacks with 2 hours open bar from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Executive Lounge, free use of boardroom for 3 hours, late check-out until 4 p.m. (subject to room availability), express laundry and dry cleaning service at regular rate and complimentary shoe shine service.

Terms & Conditions
- Rates quoted are on a per room per night basis.
- Rates have been specially negotiated for participation at the Asian Banker Summit 2008 from 15-20 March 2008.
- All category reservations are first come first serve basis and subject to room availability.
- Reservation confirmation can only be made with valid credit card information as a guarantee. Please note that non-guarantee booking will be released by 1 February 2008. After 1 February 2008, request for rooms at the negotiated rates will be subject to availability.
- Any cancellation or change of dates result in reduction of stay will be subject to a cancellation charge of full duration of the original stay. Same cancellation charge applies in the event of no show.
- Check out time is 12.00 pm NOON /Check in is 2.00 pm. Half room charge for early check in before 10.00am and late check out till 6.00pm based on availability. Full room charge for late check out after 6.00pm based on availability
- Melia Hanoi will COMFIRM your reservation directly. After receipt of your hotel confirmation, all changes in arrival, departure, type of room, or cancellation must be made DIRECTLY with Melia Hanoi.

Visa
A Vietnamese entry visa is required for all foreigners wishing to visit Vietnam except for citizens of countries having bilateral agreements on visa exemption with Vietnam, including most ASEAN countries, Korea, Japan & Scandinavians (2005) are given Visa exempted for 30 days. All other citizens are required to get an entry visa before departure or a pre-approved entry visa (visa is issued on arrival at Vietnam’s International Airports) supplied before arrival in Vietnam.
